Nope. As long as we have access to the yard (an unlocked gate, a code, or a key drop), you don’t need to be home. Most clients are at work when we come by.

We ask that dogs stay indoors during the visit — both for their safety and so we can work quickly. We’re good with friendly dogs, but a closed back door keeps everyone happy.

Yes. We work rain or shine, year-round. Severe weather (heavy snow, lightning, ice) is the only thing that delays us — and we’ll reach out the same day to reschedule.

Each additional dog is a small flat add-on per visit. We’ll spell out the exact number in your quote — no fine print, no surprise charges.
